Kundalini Meditation is a very powerful active rhythmic
rapid breathing technique particularly effective in activating the chakras and awakening the kundalini. Chakras are energy centres in the body. Kundalini is the life force within us. Kundalini Meditation In sanskrit is Ananda Mandala. Ananda means Bliss – Mandala
means Circle. Bliss Circle. This meditation was originally developed and practiced at the Oneness University India. Theo’s version

Chakra Meditation activates the chakras. Chakras are energy centers in the pranic body or the energy body. The latent energy, known as kundalini flows through these chakras and nadis, thereby making them vibrant. Activation of these chakras also has a physical counterpart. It stimulates regions in the brain, this helps to de stress and to rejuvenate the body and relax the mind. This meditation was introduced to me by Oneness University India. Theo’s version
